Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and usually involves increased relaxation. In this state a hypnotherapist can use suggestion and visualisation to promote change.

Mindfulness is about being fully aware of whatever is happening in the present moment, without filters or the lens of judgement.

Our mind and bodies are one and therefore it is important to connect with and delve into the intelligence of the body aswell as the mind.

Life is a journey filled with obstacles that put our resilience to the test. I firmly believe that we are not defined by the circumstances we face, but rather by how we choose to respond to them. I have had to confront challenges through my own life, such as stress, anxiety, trauma, insomnia, and the pain of losing a loved one. In fact, just last year, I was able to triumph over 25 years of chronic pain and firmly believe in our mind-body's innate ability to overcome and heal.
It is crucial to understand that struggling with mental health issues does not make us weak; it is simply a part of being human. Sometimes, all we need is to connect with someone who can offer us support and guidance, allowing us the time and space to tap into our inner resources and ultimately heal ourselves.

I have experienced my own challenges in life and understand the importance of helping you to feel totally confortable, listened to, understood and supported.
I have a background in Health Psychology, am trained in Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness and am also currently studying somatics, trauma and stress illness /mind-body syndrome.
I have been seeing clients since 2011, so have many years' experience treating many clients for a variety of symptoms, such as:
