I have always been facinated by complementary therapies, psychology and healing, which led me to a Psychology degree initially. Although I started out as a researcher and analyst in the public sector, shifted to helping others in 2011 as a Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist.

I feel I can empathise, as I have experienced many challenges such as anxiety, trauma, insomnia, chronic pain and bereavement.

I took a short break recently and made the time to heal myself from chronic pain, which I overcame after over 25 years; and this has helped me to learn even more about mind-body wellbeing and the importance of tuning into the bodily sensations and emotions to heal ourselves. (Read more here.

I am always learning and have explored many other tools, including Shamanism, energy healing, EFT, breathwork and earthing.
