Sessions are tailored specifically to you as an individual, ensuring that your needs and goals remain at the forefront of our work together.

We delve into emotions, patterns of thinking and behaving that shape your daily life. We may also look into your past to see how what you experienced has shaped you. Our main objective is to identify the cause(s) of your discomfort and modify any limiting beliefs or outdated patterns that may hinder your growth.

By shedding the shackles of the past, you will be able to embrace a newfound sense of freedom and create a life that truly reflects your inner desires and aspirations.

During a session, we may use Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Somatic awareness, CBT, ACT or other Psychological tools to encourage change. I will teach you powerful techniques to empower you towards your own growth.

Solution Focused vs Regression Therapy

I practice what is know as Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as well as regression style therapy, according to your preference.

Solution Focused hypnotherapy tends to be short term and focuses on how you would like to be and less about the past. Generally less sessions are needed as change can be swift (depending on the severity and number of issues).

Regression Hypnotherapy and Inner Child Healing, works from the perspective that your troubles today are linked to your past. During hypnosis it is possible to revisit these past hurts and heal the younger you in those moments.

The number of sessions required tends to be longer, though the work can lead to great catharsis, understanding and change at a much deeper level. This (in my opinion and my own experience) can lead a profound long lasting healing.
